If you’ve been enjoying barefoot/minimalist shoes for most activities but have been looking for a wide Olympic lifting shoe, this is it. Just go one size up from your normal shoe size as they aren’t as wide as you might be thinking.

Lifting shoes
I love these shoes. They are the perfect fit and really put a pep in my step. I feel like I lift heavier combine with my belt, and no longer need the mat under my feet for deep squats.
